I just confirmed that any student enrolled at Lone Star College is eligible for an 80% discount on select Adobe products. For my Photoshop students, this means you can purchase the Photoshop CS5 Extended for $199 direct from Adobe.
All you need to do is purchase the Student and Teacher edition and, according to Adobe’s response to my recent posting on their community forum, use your Lone Star issued email address (yourname@my.lonestar.edu) to expedite the purchase process.
This will also insure that you receive CS6 when it becomes available later this year.
